Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

They provided a competitive quote and were available to undertake the work quickly to suit our needs. They worked at a steady pace with a focus on doing it right rather than doing it quickly. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard.
