We are a team of 24 heating engineers/plumbers and 12 electricians, serving customers in all SA & CF postcodes. We are small enough to offer a personal service but large enough to carry out work quickly and efficiently. We operate a 24 hour service for emergencies for all customers domestic and commercial. The company is run from our office in Llansamlet, Swansea where we have a small admin team of 8 that deal with all enquiries and manage all jobs. Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. The work was finished in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

James was fantastic to deal with. Communication was always clear, and he did as he said he would. Our job expanded as he got to the source of the issues; he was transparent in explaining this and the added costs to fix the problem. He's an exceptionally hard worker, committed to doing a good job, and he was also able to arrange a tiler whose work we were happy with. We appreciate that James made himself available after other jobs to complete the work ASAP. We'd be keen to use him for any future jobs.

Ethan is a really friendly, down to earth guy. Came and gave us a quote to fix a leak in our shower pipes, retile and fit a new shower without ever making me feel like we had to give him the job. Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? In short, I did get lucky that day, he delivered a fabulous Kitchen and Bathroom plus other work needed, all to a high standard of workmanship and speed. Excellent Steve.

I am an experienced kitchen fitter who has previously worked for Ikea and Wren Kitchens as their kitchen fitter. I have fitted over 200 kitchens for these companies (and counting) and I can supply pictures and reviews for all of them. I have also fitted dozens of B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, and Homebase kitchens, as well as kitchens from other suppliers. I have over 15 years of experience in carpentry. I am very meticulous in my workmanship and I use the latest tools. Customers spend thousands of pounds on their kitchen, so the least they deserve is a kitchen fitter who will treat it with the utmost care and respect, which is what I do. I also cover other aspects of domestic carpentry work such as doors, skirting, cupboards, wardrobes etc. I also have a team of tradesmen who work closely with me such as a Plasterers/Tilers, fully qualified Electricians and Gas Safe Engineers, and Bathroom Fitters.
