Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Really pleased I found Allen Group. Tom was professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He converted a conventional heating system with floor standing boiler to combi and installed a new shower too. I will continue to use him for any further plumbing or heating work. Highly recommended.

Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!
