Luke was fast to respond and arrived on time. After assessing, he explained details of what had to be done and carried out the work quickly. He offered valuable advice for future maintenance and we are already discussing the next job. Professional, polite, with a good sense of humour. Excellent all round.

Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

mariusz and leszek did a good job with my bathroom and ensuite renov given the budget and the tight schedule i had (10days). i suggest be clear with what you want at the beginning and put everything down in writing.

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

turned up on time, understood what we wanted from job and completed just slightly later than expected due to a mix up in measurements resulting in redoing some of the job. Nice person, very friendly

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do not trust this man! He did a runner without completing the work, and the work completed is shoddy. Avoid like the plague, and save yourself the headache

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

We booked a complete bathroom installation, initial contact and price was good, however he never turned up on the agreed day to do the job. We left numerous messages and emails...none have been responded to. Completely wasted our time!
