Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.
