Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Our plumbing work is carried out by a City and Guilds qualified plumber holding level 2 qualification in installation.

Do not hire this man!! After plastering and painting a wall, he forced my massive kitchen cupboard back on his own, and in the process smashed the roof above it (debris was literally sitting on top of the cupboard he’d just moved), dented the wall he was hired to fix, AND my fridge - then denied all and claimed the damage had “already been there" when I sent photos after he left asking him to come back. THEN tried to charge me to come fix damage HE CAUSED. Left house in a mess as well. Avoid at all costs!!

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
