Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Shaun was polite and kept us up to date with everything. Rehung our radiator, cleared the system and bled all the radiators. He also completed a boiler service and was forthcoming with everything he was doing. We will hire Shaun again, when required.
