Zak and his team were very efficient , arrived at agreed time and promptly for re pointing the ridge tiles, that needed work asap. They were very professional. Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. I certainly made the correct choice as Arnes work was of a very good standard and he was both prompt and tidy. I will certainly be using Arnes again.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. The guys arrived promptly and did the job with no fuss using good old fashioned hard work. No messy stump grinder. They completed the work in less time than expected and instead of just leaving helped me move 2 tons of ballast! They left everything tidy and were extremely courteous. Would use again no hesitation!
