Dennis came round after giving me a quote, very respect full, explained the materials I would need to buy, not knowing anything about banisters or spindles, arrived on time went to get the materials started working straight away, and was finished by 5pm, did a great job with no one helping him, and the end result was perfect, thank you for transforming my stairs , that's 5 stars from me. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
Job well done and fixed in 1/2 a day
