Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. Mark has completed my work to a very high standard. He left the site clean and tidy. He and his team have a friendly approach. Mark was very reliable and flexible in his work schedule and kept us informed of progress at all times.
Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
