Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Never ever ever would I recommend l. Initial meeting, very nice. Promised a lovely job. End result, disappointed. Left rubbish, and even, threw wood with nails, some shrubs, over the wall into my neighbours yard. £1600 ??. I was conned, and very stupid. Gates are squint, not fitted correctly. I’m even wondering if they were professional. Haven’t answered my call and blocked me on WhatsApp. So unhappy ,

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

Terry asked to come and view the job, to rejuvenate an old flower bed, despite a detailed description and multiple photos. I spoke to my elderly (87yo) tenant and they were happy for him to come and take a look if he found it himself (via an open communal lawn) so I provided a Google Maps link with the location pinned. Terry then repeatedly knocked on her rear door until the tenant felt they had to answer it. He then asked if she had any £ in the house. I have spoken to him and he denies it.
