Just had Richard round to rebuild a wall and I can't sing his praises enough. From start to finish it has been a pleasure, He has kept me informed of how and what was happening and through out has kept mess to a minimum and upon inspecting the final job seen that he has washed the whole area down and apart from wall no evidence he has been there. Richard arrived first thing every morning and got straight on with his work always cleaning down both inside and outside the house at the end of his working day. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

All that I can say is that their work was adequate (just). They worked hard but they were disorganised and the quality of their work was not great. We had to lend them a ladder (which they subsequently bought), a tape measure and a saw; the usual things that a builder would have with them.
