Paul undertook the job and managed the unexpected issues that arose during the work very positively even though it lengthened the time of the job. He was efficient, communicated what he was doing and left everything in good order.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Pat and his colleague were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issues with the roof of my house. They also repointed and resealed the front door and windows to a high standard, all at a reasonable price. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and the fantastic job they did. Highly recommended!

Amazing job on my garden installing AstroTurf. Amazing bunch of lads and they really worked extremely hard over the last few days. They deliver on promises and put the client first. Jack is amazing. I'd enjoy having this team again

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

Ashley was punctual, polite and extremely hard working, carried out all the work to a high standard and left the garden looking totally transformed. I would certainly be using him again.

We had a couple of awkward unfinished jobs in our garden and needed some help to finish them. Alex helped suggest options and gave us a quote, which we were happy with. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

I first thought it was going to cost too much but they worked very hard, we were very impressed that they worked so hard during the very hot weather. Excellent work l would highly recommend.

Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. We absolutely love our kitchen and this is down to their fantastic work. Highly recommend!
