As the project had a tight deadline and my builder would be working at the same time, I needed an electrician who could liaise with him and get the job done in a timely fashion. Kevin didn't disappoint. He gave a competitive and thorough quote and stuck to it - plus all certificates which I needed for Building regulations were handed over on completion. Kevin's experience really showed. He gave me advice on choosing fittings etc and made sure I was happy with everything before it was fitted - the job went exactly as planned. They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.
