HPS were set quite a high specification to meet - a tricky andvery compact installation in an older property for a meticulous client. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished. Most importantly HPS were fair, open and honest in the way they did business.

Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!!
