Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. The work was finished in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Did a good professional and efficient installation. Communication was a bit slow, it took a while to get the job booked in, I appreciate as it was a small job it was fitted in around other commitments. I’m sure that’s something that can be improved upon and I’d definitely consider using again.

Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.
