Michael was very pleasant and professional, from his initial call to coming out to provide a quote. He was very detailed and clear in his communications, both for the quote and to confirm when he's come carry out the works. On the day, Michael completed the work to an excellent standard, and we're very pleased with everything. Thanks again for making our house one step closer to being a home.
