Despite us all having to fit around some attrocious snow the job was completed just as we asked and at the time we agreed. No issues at all.

Difficult time, no job yet without problems, no resolutions just excuses, 50% hours overrun on initial quote, though he did suggest and complete one other job which was to replace the water tank in the attic. (I'm not sure and not an expert but as its a smaller tank, could that explain the drop in water pressure in the hot water system?) Still Talking to Gary re final bill and may need arbitration.

Gary switched out our shower screen for us. Great work, well organised and a good service on the day.
