James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. Stewart is punctual and polite. He did a very good job of installing our new toilet and fixing the leak in the pipe. He was happy to take away the old toilet and cabinet to dispose of.
