Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.
