Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. The job ended up being slightly bigger than advertised as there were one of two changes to the brief. Ended up taking some off the top and building up pillars before rendering took place. Gareth communicated well with us and did a very nice job of it and also a small amount of repointing elsewhere to, all within our budget.
