Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Connor fitted 5 oak veneered doors and I’m extremely happy with the result. Connor had to do quite a bit of trimming and edging to the doors as the existing door casings were all out of alignment. Connor. Connor cleaned up the area after and left the house in a clean condition which was appreciated. Would not hesitate in using Connor again!

Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Would leave a 0 if I could. Unreliable, goes AWOL for weeks at a time, walks off the job 6 weeks later, not finishing it and telling you to get someone else in to finish it. Takes your money and doesn't refund anything! Doesn't comply with any regulations and replacememt fitter had to remove everything and start again. And my boiler got condemned after Neals shoddy work..AVOID!!
