Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Scott left the room as he found it, cleaning up before he left for the day. There were no unexpected costs. Scott turned up at the times that he said he would, he also asked us if it was okay for him to work into the early evening. Scott kept us informed of how the work was going, The tiling that Scott has done for us is of great workmanship and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
